What is Semi-Private Training?

Each session will include,

1. 10-15 Cardio & Core warmup

2. 45 minute weight training workout 

 

Additional time can be added on for doing cardio on elliptical, treadmill, bike, stair master. Free of charge!

Semi-Private Setting:

Unlike traditional group workouts, our sessions include only 1-2 others, ensuring you receive dedicated attention from logan. This exclusive setting lets you perform at your own pace and level, using your personal equipment, within a premium gym environment. Online plan through the app will be available on logan's ipad or on your phone
